Invoke TSM Command Line on TSM Server

We currently use the ISC for administration of TSM, including the command line that comes with it. However I have seen someone invoke the TSM command line on the TSM server itself. We are running TSM on and AIX server, can anyone tell me how I would invoke the TSM command line on the AIX server?

dsmadmc is part of the B/A client. If you have the B/A client installed, you should be about to use the command-line admin client (dsmadmc)
