I have what I think is an odd one - I've never seen it. I've installed TSM B/A Client 5.3.2 on a windows 2000 server. Everything is great except when I run a scheduled backup or access the web GUI - I can't see, or backup, the D:\ drive. I can run the Rich client and command line locally with no issues.
I assume it was a permission issue with the System account on that drive but changing the service account to a real account, and adding it to the D drive security permissions, didn't seem to work.
Any idea what gernerally causes this issue? Thanks.
