Instant restore on FastBack v 6.1.4.0 - cannot view restored files during restore

I'm doing some restore testing, and are trying out the instant restore function.
When I start restoring a volume from FastBack Mount on the client side, I expect to see the content of that volume on the drive I'm restoring it to while in progress, but when I try to open the drive, I get a message that "Drive is not formatted". I'll have to wait untill the restore is completed to be able to view the content of the volume. This isn't exactly "instant" if you got a volume that is 2TB..

Does anyone have any idea if there is something I'm doing wrong or missing? I have followed IBM's guide on how to perform instant restore, so I'm not sure what It could be. Or am I misunderstanding the Instant restore concept?

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have just started looking at FastBack documentation and this instant restore sounds interesting.
