Hello All,

Is there anybody who can explain how should I configure this new method to keep for example 7 versions of a VM.

Should I use -mode=ifFULL at all or just simple use only -mode=ifINCR every day.

Is this enough verexists=7 retextra=7 or verexists=7 retextra=nolimit is a must if I make INC backup every day?

Hello,

Use -mode=ifINCR. If a full does not exist, it will take one automatically.

Verexists is the number of versions. Retextra is the number of days. So if all you care about it the number of versions, set it to verexists=7 retextra=nolimit.
