How to get TSM Server version in a query (perl?)

Has anyone figured out out to do either a select or query that returns

the TSM Server version number

"q status" or "q system"

Thats right, they do, put as a header, not as a data field stored in the DB

(which is really what I was looking for).



Still, your suggestion may just work in that I can pull out the version number

from the header returned
