How many tapes added over the past 3 years

Hi, is there an easy way to find out how many 1140 tapes were added to the library over the past 3 years?

hello,
but the question is , do you keep a 3 years of logs ?
you may try :
select count(*) from volhistory where type='STGNEW'
that may be not the accurate answer , but could you tell what is the purpose of this question as we may found another way to reach your goal

Thanks Mahmoud,

That was my initial reply to them, we clear out volhistory everything week, so nothing more than a week old.

Management came to me asking if there was a way to tell them how many new tapes were loading into the library without going to the purchasing dept to dig up old POs.
