Help me, lost password manager DS4700

Hi all.
I lost password manager Storage Ds4700, so Can you help me how to reset or delete password for login manager DS4700. My software : Storage Manager 9 Client V9.23. In document IBM haven't talk about reset password manager DS4000.

Do you physically have access to the box? try connecting to it through the serial connection (need adapter that looks like a serial to PS2 cable) using hyperterminal...

I can't remember though if you can change the password but might be worth a shot...
