Help me install driver for IBM TotalStorage 3573 tape library !

Nikky,A little information would be helpful such as, what errors are you getting, if any, some sort of an error log, etc.Cheers,Michael

Assuming you are running on Windows OS...
Are you executing the "install_exclusive" file in the driver download package...rather than using the "update driver method" of the "old days".
If you haven't done it that way...I suggest the following:
1. Run the uninstall executable in the driver download package
2. Then run the install_exclusive executable.
3. If that fails, run the uninstall again...and then turn on logging when you run the install_exclusive again.
Couple things to verify:
1. Make sure you have the right version...it is very picky on OS -- to the point of 2003 vs 2008... and 32 vs 64 bit.
2. Is the firmware for the tape drives and library at a supported level for the driver level.
Consider...uninstalling the drivers; rebooting the server; then run install_exclusive again.
