Health Monitor error

When I log into the ISC, I can access everything except the Health Monitor is giving the following error:

The health monitor is unable to communicate with this server. Verify that the server is running. If the server is running, open the server's properties notebook and click the Communications tab to verify that the settings are correct.

Not sure why this is happening, any help?

Erm. You are sure why this is happening, it's because the settings aren't correct, that's what it told you
Go to the communications tab and verify all the settings. Another gotcha is by default the health monitor account is locked, make sure it's unlocked in TSM. If that's all good, resynch the password from the dropdown menu on that page.
