full 3583 i/0 station

We just brought up a 3583 with TSM. When using DRM and "move drm", the checkout fails due to the i/o station being full. Can I set up the 3583 so that volumes are moved automatically from the i/o station slots to another column thereby ensuring empty slots on the i/o station?

How many I/O station slots do you have? How many I/O station slots are full when you get the error. If you are running DRM-Eject tapes for off-site Im assuming it should use the next available slot. Do you get the error, but the process succeeds anyway?
