files are not excluded in dsm.opt, but they are seem to be excluded in the client

hi,
i have a problem with my of my nodes-
when i using the storage manager client to backup (INC) files, the clients tells me that it is excluded, just like in this picture(took from google):

there is nothing in dsm.opt that says to exclude those files.
what can it be?

Hi,

if your node has a Unix-OS, than you won't find exclude statements in your dsm.opt
but in your dsm.sys.
Other reason might be that there is an option-set for this node on your tsm server which
contains this exclude-statements.
or do you have a separate inclexcl-file?

this server runs windows server 2003.
there isnt any option-set for this node on my tsm server, and no any incexcl file.
what else can i do

Hi,
in this case you should post your dsm.opt and a screenshot of your node's gui
showing the files/dirs which are excluded.

whatever it was, i upgraded to 6.2 and now its work well.
