Is TSM server 5.3.6.2 is supported after April 30th, or only 5.3 base level is going out of support.

No code changes will be made to TSM 5.3. After September 30, 2008, customers must have a support extension to receive any TSM 5.3 client or server support.

This is the one Support just announced last week. This is for Win2k, Solaris 8 and older Linux. Read on - the specifics suggest that TSM server needs to be at 5.4 or higher - and the new code is not available for another 3 weeks. Those who need it - need to call into support and they will pass on the link to download the code. They're going to attempt to track it this way. Its a bit of a relief but not a long term solution. Those who are upgrading and still have the means should continue.
