Easiest way to restore SAP to a TEST box.

Hi,

We have a test SAP R/3 box which we refresh monthly using an offline backup (Backup Exec) of our production box.

We use TDP for the daily online and log backups (DB13) of our production system.

We are now required by SOX to test the TDP backups by restoring them to the test box. The test box does not have TDP installed.

What is the easiest way of doing this? Using Backfm?

Did you managed ro restore your server? I'm going through a DRP restore of a production SAP System.
We backup with TDP but can't seem to restore!

I can restore data through BA client, but TDP for SAP can't seem to find any data to restore! Always getting an error saying file not found by backup utility.
