DRM misbehaving

Hi Everybody,

I am new to this forum.

I have been using and administrating TSM 5.1.6 on AIX for the last two years.

Last month I ran out of scartch carts in the library (IBM3494 with three 3590's). When i checked in new scartch cartidges, DRM is not completing its DRM Prepare or DR Move with the following message in dsmsched.log :



Time remaining until execution: Querying server for next scheduled event.

06/05/05 18:56:24 ANS1029E Communications have been dropped.

06/05/05 18:56:24 Will attempt to get schedule from server again in 20 minutes.

06/05/05 18:56:24

Time remaining until execution: Querying server for next scheduled event.

06/05/05 19:16:24 ANS1029E Communications have been dropped.

06/05/05 19:16:24 Will attempt to get schedule from server again in 20 minutes.

From dsmsched.log, it appears theres is some communication problem and it's not able to get schedule from TSM server.
