DRM and Electronic Vaulting

I'm interested in using DRM and electronic vaulting rather than sending physical tapes offsite. I've set up a test scenario and I am confused. The data goes from sever A to B. On server B it's kept in the archive pool as a virtual volume. How, using the output from prepare, do I restore system A's DB on system B? The output from prepare, looks like it'll wipe out TSM on sysem B if used as is. Ideally, I'd need to set up a 2nd TSM to look like system A's TSM. What am I missing?
