Drive Not Showing Up In Restore

I'm trying to restore a drive on a client and the drive is not showing up. It is being backed up on a daily basis, any ideas? I tried a command line restore but it says no files were backed up, which isn't true.

what is the command line string you tried? Please include it in the reply . . .



Also, have you tried -inactive -pick?
