Drive : is not a cluster disk.

Windows 2008 Cluster backups fail with ANS1151E

If your cluster runs on Windows Server 2008, then this might be the culprit. [It was for me.]

In a nutshell, when TSM reports that a disk is not a cluster disk, review the disk's properties in Disk Management.
1. In the bottom part of its MMC, in the left column, right-click the box that represents the disk.
2. Left-click Properties.
3. Select the Volumes tab.
4. The Partition style: field most likely has value "GUID partition Table (GPT)." You must convert it to MBR. CAUTION: You will have to reformat the disk!

We had a similar issue on windows 2003 client. In our case the cluster group name was not set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\cuurent control set\services\TSM cluster scheduler. We set the cluster group name and the backups were successful. Hope it helps
