domino backup issue

My existing TSM environment is as below

TSM Version 5.2.3
IBM Domino Server version 7.0.1
TDP agent for domino Server version 5.3

when i update my Domino server from ver. 7.0.1 to 8.5.1 i found the foellowing issu while taking backup it only read 13 databases.

Hi
1. I think TDP for Domino 5.3 doesn't support Domino 8.5.1 - check it
2. Domdsmc incremental copy only:
- New DB
- Not logged DB
- DB with changed DBID
So if DB was changed but not it is logged DB (Circular. Archive, Linear) - it can't candidate for backup.
Incremental for FILES and LOTUS are completely different.

should i download the TDP for Domino ver 5.5 from the below link and install it on domino server.

but i think it will ask me the license file

You should check hardware and software requirements for TDP for Mail.

Don't forget check TSM API version.

If i'm right you can download TDP from Passport Adv. (with lic file).
All downloads from ftp doesn't contain license file if it is required (TSM Server. TDP for ....).

2. Data Protection for Lotus Domino V5.5.1 & 5.5.2 for Windows

Data Protection for Lotus Domino on Windows requires the following hardware and software:
* Hardware
o 32 bit or 64 bit Intel Pentium or higher, or compatible hardware supported by the operating system and the application
o At least 14 MB of disk space and 128 MB of RAM
* Software
o Windows 2003 Server: Standard or Enterprise Edition (32 bit or 64 bit, as applicable)
o Windows 2008 Server: Standard or Enterprise Edition (32 bit or 64 bit, as applicable)
o A 32-bit Lotus Domino Server V6.5.x, V7.0.x, V8.0.x , or V8.5.x
or
o A 64-bit Lotus Domino Server V8.0.1, and later V8.0.x levels
o A 64-bit Lotus Domino 8.5.x server
o A Tivoli Storage Manager server V5.3.0, or later
o A Tivoli Storage Manager API 5.5.1, or later
o A Tivoli Storage Manager backup-archive client V5.5.1, or later, if you will be using IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Web client GUI or central scheduling
o DB2 Universal Database® V9.1.2, if you will be using Data Protection to backup Domino DB2 enabled Notes® databases

So if you want to have supported configuration you must update TSM Server to version =>5.4 (5.3 unsupported now), TSM API to version => 5.5.1 and TDP for Mail to v. => 5.5.1.
If it is impossible see the second part of my first message.

I have downloaded TSM version 5.5 from the passport advantage website
tell me what is the easiest way to update my tsm server in the production environment.

and I also want to update my TDP for lotusDomino from version 5.3 to version 5.5
