I believe you want to know how to backup DB2 on AIX using TSM ? if this is the question You need to read the following red book.

http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg246247.html?Open

This red book tells you what to do step by step. If you need help after reading the book, post your question.

Db2 Api

What you are going to do is backup DB2 using the TSM API.
The redbook will guide you along the way. Its quite simply really - your DB2 backup routine will be reading in the TSM server dsm.opt file - which by the way will inherit the TSM management class, and device class info you have created previously. Make sure Tivoli is in your path or at a minimum a soft link in the DB2 working directory looking at TSM dsm.opt file.

If you have configured other TDPs, the principle is the same. I have a doc which might help as well - let me know

Good luck - let us know
