cuSignOnResp: Error -72 reading SignOn response from server.

Hi

My TSM Backup are getting failed due to following error.

01/11/09 07:34:36 cuSignOnResp: Error -72 reading SignOn response from server.
01/11/09 07:34:36 sessOpen: Error -72 receiving IdentifyResp verb from server
01/11/09 07:34:36 ANS9201W LAN-free path failed.

My TSM server 5.3.2 is Running in AIX Operating system.
My TSM Client is also AIX machine with oslevel 5200-06


Any help appreciated.

I'm getting the same thing here - LinuxX64 STA and Solaris TSM Server both at 5.5.3.0. Just seeing what Google has to offer and reviewing my config steps. Did you get anywhere with this?

Figured it out - I'd made a silly little mistake: my dsm.sys stanza's LANFREETCPSERVERADDRESS was pointing at the TSM Server, rather than my Storage Agent. That's why the LANfree path was failing, and the TSM Server was receiving verbs it wasn't expecting. Check yours isn't doing the same.

and my storageagent is instaled in TSM client itself.
