I am new to TSM my company has 3583 library. I would like to know the commands for the following.



How can I check what tapes were used last night for back up ?



My library is not showing one tape, but I know its mounted to the library.



how can i check my database backup was run successfully ?

do "query actlog begind=-1" and parse it

do a "Query libvolume "youlibrairyname", then you can do a checkin have a look on "help checkin" on your TSM Server

"query volhistory type=dbb" , that will show you all your db backup info
