Cloud Storage pool

Hey gang,

Im tying to test writing to an on-prem cloud storage pool. Ive tested I can connect to it, etc but each time I run a backup the clients are erroring out saying the server is out of backup data storage space. The boxes are only 40gb VMs and the storage pool has 2tb free.

Any suggestions?

TSM 7.1.5?

What type of cloud protocol are you using?

7.1.4 (VE) actually Testing some functionality
its Swift/Openstack object based storage.

I know 7.1.5 has direct tie-ins to cleversafe which is next in line for testing, but for the moment we're stuck with this.

Move to 7.1.5 - I believe there are issues with 7.1.4.

dont have the option to at the moment, but once i do Ill move up.

Make it 7.1.5.200 or higher when you do. When using new features like this, it's important to stay current because each interim fix or fixpack contain new fixes. When you're ready to patch it, check here for the latest version: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=663&uid=swg21239415
