Hi,
This is about problem that we have when backing up via proxy server, though this fact might be not important...
Shortly: proxy node is not aware of changes on the filesystem.
Let's say we backup a file, change it and backup it once more - the dsmc sees old version of the file and nothing is backed up.
Also when we use web client the new version of file (size, time) is visible*, but once we run backup it behaves as described above - it sees old version of files** and nothing is backed up.
Strangely, on other nodes/servers it works as expected.
I know description might be not very specific, but perhaps somebody will have any ideas, thanks!
* - re-launch of backup client is needed though
** - we can see on amount of inspected bytes that corresponds to old version
