Is there a general rule that people go by for setting up CLO rules?
I want to exclude a directory on 6 citrix servers.
It is possible the amount of citrix servers will increase in the future.
Would you modify each individual .opt file, or create a CLO and apply it to all citrix servers?
How many servers would you need before creating a CLO?
Clients are 6.2.3.3

You can create a CLO for one server or for many, it depends on the need. So lets say you don't want to have to manually edit a clients inclexcl you could do if from the server. Plus when inclexcl is done on the server its trackable whereas when done on the client you don't have knowledge of what the inclexcl states so every server could potentially be different. CLO's give uniformity but they are not for EVERY server. Some will have specific needs, but there again you can copy the standard CLO and create one specifically for a node and can track it from the TSM server.
