Changing the tape block factor for NDMP

How to change the tape block factor while performing NDMP backups? The maximum value allowed for backing up NetApp NAS is 256 KB. What setting in TSM would allow me to change this value? I am using TSM 6.1 in a Windows environment.

When performing NDMP backups the TSM server will typically only act as a library manager (assuming its configured that way)... the NetApp will open the drive itself, and set its own blocksize.
