Cant install Storage Manager for mail v5.5.0

I cant seem to install storage manager for mail version v5.5.0. It looks like to goes thru the process but there is no icon and I do not see it under the TSM folder.
 
It was only extracting. I found the folder it extracted to and installed it. A stupid mistake on my part.
