cannot define volume

Hello all,

need help

i cannot define a volume on my storage pool. it's giving me an error. below is the error message and my environment. All my filesystem are own by tsminst1. I'm using admin id "admin" with system privelege.

Is bkstg01 your directory name or the volume name you want to use? Also do you have rights to write to that path and have an available 20gb free?
 
yes, it is the volume name and it has an allocated 50gb of space free.
yes, it does have the right to write to the path because the /tsmstgfs is owned by the tsminst1 instance as show below

drwxrwxrwx 2 tsminst1 tsmsrvrs 256 Apr 26 12:28 tsmstgfs
