Cannot connect using BACKFM

Hi There,

I am trying to connect to TSM using the BACKFM tool but i keep getting a 'BACKINT call was not successfull!' error message.

Our backups using DB13 are fine and calls backint without any issues.

The aim is to restore individual files (db and logs) to another location.

Any ideas?

Windows 2003 Enterprise
Oracle 10.2
SAP R/3 4.6c
TSM 5.4
TSM for ERP 5.5

Hi Iain, try this command ...

...\backint -p ...\init<SID>.utl -f inquire

as value use #NULL

Yeah, I would check your account etc, are you using the db admin type account with correct environment ?

it happens when backfm is started from a different directory as where backint is located.
So first cd to the directory and then execute backfm
