Can TSM back up Microsoft NLB clients?

We need to back up some Microsoft Network Load Balanced (NLB) clients (as opposed to Microsoft Cluster Service clustered clents) running Microsoft SQL. Can this be done by TSM V4.2 and/or V5.x?
