Backup to different place like NAS area

Hello,

I need guidance on how to take backup with TSM to different destination (not to TSM server nor to tapes) ..

There is a specific scenario with which i have to take a backup of one node to a local machine (to take it later on hard disk or whatever), and/or a NAS area ..what is my choices to do so?

I have been using nfs based NAS solutions for TSM for years. Use the device class FILE to create the storage pool. You could also do this with direct attached storage too.
