Help!!
Last night we rebooted our aix 4.3 server which has tsm 5.1 installed i check that the tsm server started up after the reboot (which it did).
This morning i checked the overnight backup schedules and all say "missed", in the actlog i found a message as follows:
ANR8208W TCP/IP driver unable to initialize due to error
in BINDing to Port 1500, reason code 67.
i can ping the tsm server from a tsm client but cannot connect.
i realise that this is pointing to binding on the network card but any ideas how i reset the card without restarting tcp/ip services or rebooting the server again.
i have already stop/started tsm server - still no luck
