BA Client web GUI

Hi all,

After upgrading the BA Client , some how i am unable to access the web GUI for file restore operations.

I always get "launch dsm.jnlp file to initiate the Web Start application". but its not working. can anyone suggest.

What version/os did you upgrade from, and what did you upgrade to?

I am suspecting the following -

IBM Spectrum Protect Webclient deprecated at 7.1.8+ and 8.1.2+
