My Windows 2003 clients with TSM 5.5 clients are fine with this line at the top of the inclexcl.txt......
INCLUDE "*:*" MC_10_05_10_30

BA Client 6.2 doesn't like it...
03/23/2011 11:22:56 ANS1036S The option 'INCLUDE' or the value supplied for it is not valid. It was found in options file 'INCLEXCL.TXT'
at line number: 1
The complete entry: ' "*:*" MC_10_05_10_30'

Had to use...
INCLUDE "*:\*" MC_10_05_10_30

That didn't work, it's rebinding everything to the default management class. Any thoughts??? I also tried "?:\*" MC_10_05_10_30 which also is binding to default mgmt class instead.

The reason I am using the drive letter wildcard is because I am using a different mgmt class for include.systemstate and I though a single asterisk (*) would mean EVERYTHING, where a drive:all_folders designation *:* would denote only drive letters.

INCLUDE * works, rebinding to the correct management class, but I'm puzzled why the other conventions worked in 5.5 but not in 6.2.
