Hello All,

I'm on:
Windows 2012 R2
IBM Spectrum Protect Server for Windows - Version 8, Release 1, Level 5.000


I've deployed the Storage Gateway, did the iSCSI config, followed the instructions to get the correct version of the IBM Tape driver, configured the tape drives to use the Microsoft driver and restarted.

When I run tsmdlst I don't see the drives... Any ideas?

Missing info there, but basically, IBMTAPE is probably not going to look at iSCSI initiators. There is a special, custom driver for TS1160E and TS1155E that requires you to go through your sales team for iRPQ 8B3685. You may be able to check with support and sales to see if that driver does or could be extended to support whatever drives you are trying to attach through the gateway.
