Automatic backup-archive client deployment

"The Tivoli® Storage Manager server administrator can automatically deploy a backup-archive client to workstations that already have the backup-archive client installed"

My question is: "Is there a possibility and how to automate the process of installing a large number of Backup-Archive clients in new workstations which no have the backup-archive client installed?"

Environment:

TSM Server 7.1 on AIX 7.1

TSM Clients 7.1.2 on CentOS 7.1, Windows 2008 R2, Debian 7

In Windows you can push installation through domain group policy but you need to create somehow (scripted) option files and install tsm scheduler and register nodes on TSM server.
On Linux the same but you have to somehow else manage to push installations.
Centos "should" be compatible with RHEL packages.
Debian - not sure/not tested, I see Ubuntu is now supported from 7.1.2
