Assigning Drives

HI 
i have 7 drives in my TSM library 5 are LTO3 and 2 LTO4
I use the LTO4 for archiving and they are assigned to 2 storage pools.
But they are not solely tied to those pools. Hence if archiving/retrieving is not taking place and TSm needs another drive to do backups it uses these drives as well.
Of course this causes a problem when other process have those drives and i want
to do archive/retrive.
Is there a way to set those drives so they are only to be used for certain storage
pools? i have about 6 pools i would want this to be used for...
example name
ARC_OFFSITE
EXC_WEEKLY

Unfortunately, there is no way to separate tape drives within a single library for use only by certain storage pools and not by others. You can use logical libraries but this is a catch 22 issue. If you go with the logical library setup, you generally end up assigning tape drives uniquely to the various logical libraries. So the 7 drives you have may end up with 5 in one logical library and 2 in the other.

This is not what you want.
