We are using Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1 for Windows XP Professional 32bit. Every time we shut down Windows XP we get an error message after the user is logged off and during windows is shutting down:
<<dsmcsvc.exe - Applicatipon error": The instruction at "0x0012e771" referenced memory at "0x0d8234f9". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program>>
Has someone an idea for this problem?
