Wondering if anyone out there is using flashcopy with multiple Domino instances to do their backups?
The vague "architecture" I'd be looking at is backing up a handful of Domino instances (quite heavily loaded ones) using a single server...in essence flashcopy the first instance's data onto the backup server, run a domino backup, then flash the second instance and so on.
I'm looking to reduce the storage footprint of the backup instance (i.e. instead of doing it via Domino clustering, which would require a 1:1 storage footprint, I should be able to get a 1:5 footprint). There are a fair few TiB involved, so the saving would be useful.
