ANS4005E Error Processing

Hello.

I'm having an issue with one of my backup clients.
i use linux , tsm client & server 7 from commandline.

on my logs i found many error like this :
DEBUGtsbackup33olicy:ANS4005E Error processing '/xxx/yyy/zzz/bio/index.html?C=D;O=A': file not found
DEBUGtsbackup33olicy:ANS4005E Error processing '/xxx/yyy/zzz/bio/INTER_To--?$i': file not found
DEBUGtsbackup33olicy:ANS4005E Error processing '/xxx/yyy/zzz/bio//INTERE_CAg22U*': file not found

the error compare with special characters on filename ,
i found many thread that invite to set the LOCALE on the client:

LANG=en_US
LC_ALL=en_US
export LANG LC_ALL

but this cannot solve my problem ,
does anybody have an idea for the solutions ?
