Does have someone any idea? Thanks.

Thanks for the assistance, the indicated link were a great help, but in the first steps the problem couldn’t be resolved.

the first analysis resulted in a problem of ntbackup.exe which did not function any longer and stopped with "Error returned while creating the volume shadow copy:0x80042306"

The research in google referred to many useful hints but not the solution.

So we looked at the special constellation of the server on which ran acronis in version 9.1... after deinstalling acronis, the ntbackup-utility worked fine again and tsm could make a backup without errors.

Finally we found an issue in which the support of acronis recommended an newer build of acronis 9.1 to install.

http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=127863

After upgrading acronis to 9.1 Build 3567 and tsmclient to version 5.4.0.0 the errors has disappeared.
