ANS1377W The client was unable to obtain a snapshot

Hi guys,

Recently I've got a number of client backups failing with the error:

ANS1377W The client was unable to obtain a snapshot of '\\server85\e$'. The operation will continue without snapshot support.

Any idea on how I can fix this? Weird thing though is that it's not consistent, sometimes I see it and sometimes I don't
