ANS1228E Sending of object 'SYSTEM STATE' failed

TSM 5.2.0 server on z/OS, client is Windows 2003 AD domain controller with sp1 running TSM 5.3.2 client. I can't get a backup of SYSTEM STATE. SYSTEMSERVICES works ok. In dsmerror.log, I see

On our domain controllers we have AD logging on the E: drive, so there is a \windows\ntds directory on both the C: and E: drives. Maybe TSM is getting confused because of that. Anyone seeing similar errors?

OK - IBM has APAR'ed this problem and we've gotten a patched client. Looks like it fixed the issue and they expect to have the patch out on the FTP site in a month or so. APAR is IC48006.

OS: 2003 STD Server

Solution: Uninstalled Open File Snapshit Agent - error stopped



Doesn't look to me like the Open File Support is yet working 100% on 2003 Srvs

Have this error on one of our many 2003 servers, trying a few simple things at the moment, but nothing meaningful in the dsmerror.log..

Will post with findings.

I did update for the 6.2.2, now its recognize the system file, but i got a different error! The strange is: Does the backup and i can restore normaly like its working perfectly.
