ANR2579E Schedule for Exchange failed with return code 1

My Exchange scheduled backups stopped working. My report gives me a message ID of ANR2579E and a return code of 1. I can do the backups manually from the client. There is no information in the excsch.log or the dsierror.log files. I don't know what could have made this happen. Possibly a Microsoft patch. Any help would be appreciated.

make sure TSM scheduler service to run under an account that has the necessary privileges

Thanks for the hint. My TSM Scheduler service is running under the Local System user. This user has full access to all directories on the Exchange server.

Thanks for the article. I followed the steps and it shows that I need to put quotes around my cmd file name. Can you tell me which file I edit to make these changes? Here is the output from my event.

I am getting the exact issues with SQL clients for Diff, Log, and Full. I have matched info with other clients that are working, but cannot seemed to find the issue. Can someone please help? Let me know what you need from me. Thanks!
