anr1257, anr1221, anr1221 Backup STGPOOL PROBLEMS

I discovered a real big problem with TSM (4.1.3 on AIX).

Yesterday I ran a backup optical stgpool and I came across the following messages for various nodes in the activity log:

What can it be done to fix these type of problems.

Did you find a solution?

We are having a similar problem. TSM has several tapes in the library that are "unavailable". We can eject them, check them in, but TSM will not mount these tapes.

Any help will be appreciated.
