All Admin accounts locked

TSM 5.3.2 running on Windows 2003 server. Can not connect cmd line. Can open ISC but can not do anything because my administrator accounts for TSM are locked.

Any suggestions?

It's critical that I recover without having to reconfigure the environment.
 
You can always start the TSM server in foreground and update/unlock the admin account.
 
If your TSM server process is already running, you'll need to shut it down. Then open a DOS prompt (on UNIX or Linux, this isn't needed) and go to the location of the server binary (search for dsmserv.exe on Windows) While in the DOS window in the location of the dsmserv binary (or just the location for UNIX/Linux) execute the binary. This will start the TSM server process in the foreground and allow you to update/unlock any admin account. Once the accounts are updated, shutdown the TSM server process (issue the halt command) and restart the process normally (either the service in Windows or the rc script in UNIX/Linux)
