AIX Domino 8

Hi all,

I have an existing Domino 8.0.1 server running on AIX which I have now installed tivoli onto.
BA Client, API and TDP for domino.
I have run through the configuration etc but I still have an error when connecting using domdsmc. The error is ACD5218E The Lotus Domino API could not be loaded. Could not load nnotes.dll
I have successfully registered the both the ba client node and domino node and can query the server for both.
Anyone got any ideas on what the problem might be.

I had this problem with SQL...uninstalled and reinstalled the TDP part and it went good ...I hope you would have tried that..Just want to let u know wht i did ..

What version B/A client and TDP do you use ?
Do you use API from TDP package or from B/A client ?
Do you use API 32 -bit or 64 - bit ?

Installed TDP 5.4.2 - tivoli.tsm.client.domino 5.4.2.0
Installed BA and API 5.5 32bit

TDP for Domino v.5.4.2 can work with API 5.5.
You can try to downgrade API to version 5.4.1.2 witch in TDP v.5.4.2 package.

Hi Efim,
I uninstalled TSM 5.5 ba and api, along the TDP client.
I then only installed the TDP Client and API that comes with it.
But I still got the same error message - ACD5218E - the domino api could not be loaded.

I found a patch for TDP 5.4.2 and applied it.
I still have the same error message, very annoying.
I suspect that this version doesn't go with Domino 8.0.1?


Is anyone using this combination or domino and tsm/tdp?
