administrative command line error

Hi,

Can anyone help with the following error when trying to start the administrative command line.

"The procedure entry point SetDllDirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I have unistalled the client and retried bith no sucess.

OS version is Win2k SP4 with TSM ver 5 release 5

...but the latest TSM version supported on W2K is 5.3.6c
