Can anyone tell me if spring ahead time change is required on the 3494 Tape Server?

3494 Tape server Time change question.

The only thing that might be effected by the time change is if you have scheduled cleanings of the drives. In that case, the drives will be cleaned 1 hour later than normal.
I have never changed anything on either of my 3494 libraries in the years that I've owned them and they still continue to work as advertised.

My understanding is that tape libraries are not time dependent for any TSM operation. I wouldn't worry about this, and I have never set any time on all my other tape libraries including 3494's, 3584's (TS3500) and 3583.
