Check - Network Drivers, Port Speed & Duplex, Network Errors / Collisions, Other Applications Killing Network Performance

In my environment 90% of the time this error was corrected by replacing an older driver network driver with something current.

Anyone have an idea how to fix an Error 13? Totally windows environment.

10/23/2007 4:40:56 PM - Error bptm(pid=5488) unable to perform read from client socket, connection may have been broken
