[Veritas-bu] Error 13

Anyone have an idea how to fix an Error 13? Totally windows environment.

10/23/2007 4:40:55 PM - Error bpbrm(pid=5400) socket read failed, An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (10054)

10/23/2007 4:40:56 PM - Error bpbrm(pid=5400) could not send server status message

10/23/2007 4:40:56 PM - Error bptm(pid=5488) unable to perform read from client socket, connection may have been broken
